your image and click “Accept Image:.
You will then be asked to name your image and answer a few short security
questions.

“Preview”, confirm all of your data is correct then click “Finished

we take a proactive approach to your Online Banking and Bill Pay account
security. As a result, we have
launched a new and innovative Online Banking login security
feature.
The
first part of this security upgrade involves user authentication—how we identify
you when you log into Online Banking and verify that you are an authorized user
for the account you are trying to access.
How
we will authenticate you
- User
ID
Instead
of using your account number to log into Online Banking, you will be able to
create your own User ID.
- Registered
Computer
For
computer that you use regularly to access Online Banking, you will have the
opportunity to “register” that computer with us. Logging in using a known computer gives
us another way of identifying you and makes for a shorter login
process.

Challenge Questions
Select
from numerous possible Challenge Questions and provide your own answers. The Challenge Questions will be used to
help identify you when you are logging into Online Banking from an unknown
computer.
Most
institutions don’t go beyond user authentication. However, with the increasing frequency
and rising sophistication of phishing and spoofing attacks, we believe it has
become equally important that you be able to confidently identify us. We want you to feel secure in the

To access Online Banking using the new security system, you will need to go through a one-time enrollment process, using your User ID and password, to set up all the elements listed above. The User ID and password you create will be used from that point forward to access Online Banking. After enrollment, you will be able to update your login information within Online Banking at anytime.
